『マヤ文明の戦争：神聖な争いから大虐殺へ』[12.03.2022]
科研費の成果の一部をまとめた拙著『マヤ文明の戦争：神聖な争いから大虐殺へ』が京都大学学術出版会から出版されました。拙著は、考古学と関連諸科学から戦争の痕跡を通時的に辿り、マヤ文明の戦争が社会の複雑化に果たした役割と戦争の性格を論じてマヤ文明の盛衰と実像に迫る単著書です。蛇足ながら、拙著は複数の研究者の論文を集めた還暦記念論集ではなく,青山が自らの還暦を記念して単著を出版するものです。
